시놉시스

열 여덟 살 연희는 임종을 앞둔 할머니의 갑작스런 외침이 무엇을 뜻하는지 알아차리고 내심 놀란다. 십 년 전의 운동회, 어린 연희가 할머니의 마음을 외면했던 바로 그날의 외침이다. 죽음의 문턱에서 그날을 기억하는 할머니를 보며, 연희는 늦었지만 할머니의 손을 잡고 그녀의 마지막 길을 배웅한다.
At her deathbed, a grandmother suddenly shouts "Run, run!" Whereas the rest of the family is puzzled, Yeon-hee is the only one that gets the meaning and surprised. Yeon-hee knows what these words mean. She heard those words 10 years ago at her school´s field day when she chose to ignore her grandmother´s feelings. She realizes her grandmother´s final memory is the very last day they spent together. Yeon-hee reaches for her grandmother´s hand and sees her off on her last journey.

연출의도

사람이 죽음을 맞이할 때, 살아온 모든 기억들이 주마등처럼 한 순간에 지나간다고 한다. 그런데 과연 그 기억들은 사실 그대로의 기억들일까? 사람은 종종 자신의 기억 속에 속을 때가 있다. 영화 ´팀워크´는 죽음을 앞둔 할머니와 연희의 이야기다. 할머니의 죽음직전, 그 짧은 순간에 두 사람이 서로에게 있었던 과거의 한 사건을 동시에 기억하면서 은근한 화해가 이루어진다.
When people face death, entire memories of moments in their lives are said to pass by in front of their eyes. But do people remember the moments exactly truthfully? Memory can be tricky. This movie ´Teamwork´ shows that the grandmother and the granddaughter, Yeon-hee heal the breach quietly, remembering the event in the past at the same time when the grandmother is facing her death.
