시놉시스

무료한 일상을 살아가는 수영, 그의 무료함에 액션이라는 신세계를 만나게 되면서 그 짜릿함에 반응하고 마음속에 고이 모셔둔 영웅심리가 끓어오르기 시작한다.
Su-young, who lives his life without any meaning, comes across the new world of the Action. He responds to the excitement, and the "Hero spirit" inside him starts burning.

연출의도

요즘 들어 액션은 그 자체가 아니라, 그저 도구로 만 사용되고 있습니다. 요즘은 도구로 조차 사용이 줄어들고 있습니다. "망각의 히어로"는 바로 죽어가는 "액션 심장"을 살리고자 함입니다. 액션영화를 처음 접했을 때의 그 놀라움, 그 이후 계속되는 상상...그 짜릿함이 얼마나 즐거운 것인지 사람들에게 다시 한번 인식 시켜주고 싶습니다.
These days, action scenes in movies are just ´tools´, not an ´action scene´ itself. Furthermore, those ´tools´ are not often used, either. "The Hero of Forgotten" attempts to revive the dying "heart of the action genre". We want to remind the audience how enjoyable those action scenes are - the first impression when we encounter an action movie, and continuous imagination and excitement.
