시놉시스

남자의 몽상. 한편의 흑백영화와 촬영현장. 남자는 꿈을 꾸고 영화촬영은 진행된다. 사뭇 비장한 남자의 상상은 감독의 ´컷´소리와 함께 비루한 현실로 튕겨져 나온다.
Man is being in a dream. A monochrome movie and a shooting spot. The guy is imagining and film is shooting is in process. His pathetic imagination pops out to the gloomy reality with director´s crying "Cut".

연출의도

여기 한편의 흑백 액션영화가 있다. 남자가 출연한. 보통의 액션영화라면 현란한 검의 움직임과 기합소리가 어우러져 멋들어진 장면들이 연출되겠지만 이 영화는 무미건조하다. 차가운 바람소리와 단 한번의 겨루기로 끝을 맺음으로 지극히 사실적이다. 오히려 곰팡이 핀 벽지, 피규어들, 그리고 천천히 돌아가는 욕실의 환풍기로 묘사되는 남자의 공간은 흑백영화의 평원보다 더 영화적이고 비현실적이다. 현실적인 영화와 영화 같은 현실. 그리고 두 공간의 충돌. 다시 말해 가상적인 현실과 현실적인 가상을 넘나드는 ´놀이´로서의 영화를 표현해 보았다.
Here is a monochrome movie the guy is starring in. In general, chanbara movies have brilliant sward works and thousands of shouting to present a magnificent spectacle. However, this film is dull. By ending it with just the sound of cold wind and a single match, it makes the movie realistic. The guy´s place, with moldy wall, figures, and slowly rotating fan, leads us to virtual atmosphere. It is more unrealistic than the fields that take place in meta-movies. Realistic movie and movie-like reality. Then the two spaces crash. In other words, this is an attempt to express a film as a ´play´ that crosses over the virtual reality and realistic virtuality.
