시놉시스

독일에서는 일자리 문제를 해결하기 위해 젊은이들이 나이든 기술자를 돕는 사회 프로그램이 개발된다. 젊은 청년 미로는 한 기술자의 어시스턴트가 된다.
In this mockumentary film, an innovative federal pilot project – The Agency for Assisted Employment – is presented for viewers’ predilection. With the ever increasing frequency of senior citizens opting out of retirement and the swelling numbers of less qualified young people among the unemployed, The Agency for Assisted Employment, which has become nothing short of a national necessity, sees young employees join the ranks of a quasi civil service in their capacity of assisting seniors at carrying out their jobs. Under this new arrangement, career life spans are extended at the same time as hundreds of thousands of new jobs are created for individuals starting out on their working lives. Full Employment ‘documents’ a working day for Miron and the client he assists – 78 year old zombie hunter Mr. Janssen.

연출의도

무보수로 일을 하는 노동자들과 늦춰지는 은퇴나이를 봤을 때, 독일의 미래 노동시장은 한 편의 호러 영화와 같다고 생각되었다. 직장인들이 좀비로 변해버리는 것도 아주 자연스러운 것이라고 생각된다. 좀비가 나오는 부분이 정치적인 면을 비춘다고 생각하지만, 우리는 촬영 내내 아주 즐거웠다.
As we started writing ARBEIT FÜR ALLE and thought about the madness of unpaid trainees and postponed retirement age we realized that a film about the future of the German job market is automatically a horror movie. The step from employees not able to change their situation to zombies seemed also very natural.
We were confident that in the political setting the zombie-part is not only a formal gag but also reflects and intensifies the political part. Nevertheless, we had a lot of fun shooting the zombie sequence.
