시놉시스

평화로운 마을 어느 날 검은 옷의 할머니가 나타나자 느닷없이 비가 쏟아진다. 다음날 같은 현상이 반복되고 주민들은 뒤늦게 찾아온 경관을 통해 할머니가 지명수배자인 것을 알게 되지만 마을은 이미 돌이킬 수 없는 재난에 빠져 버린다.
One day, a peaceful small town is visited by an old woman with widow’s weed and black umbrella.
Then, all of sudden, the rain starts to fall on the fine day.
Next day morning, the woman comes back and this time, with thunder and rainstorm.
Later, the town people finds out from a police man that the woman is wanted and dangerous
but it’s was too late to save the village from the disaster.

연출의도

작품은 시간의 흐름에 따라 두 가지를 표현하고자 하였다. 첫째는 실제로 재난을 당했을 때 느낄 수 있는 주민들의 공포와 그런 주민들에게 엉뚱한 도움을 주는 정부의 부실한 위기관리 능력이다.
The film is showing two ideas along with the timeline. First one is the fear of the typhoon through the eyes of the town people. And the second one is the improper disaster management of the government repeating every year.
